Austin Corel Painter 04 Workshop

Outside The FrameApril 24, 2005 5:29 pm

Just had to give an update as we are so pleased and surprised at the incredible response to the opening of the Paint Outside the Frame Forum that is based mostly on Corel Painter techniques.

In just a few days we have over 200 members and over 300 posts!! There is still a tremendous amount of content I have not entered onto this site. Every day I try to put a little more on and add links, etc. that are of interest to Corel Painter users.

This forum is FREE, but you do need to register. When you hit the Log In page, scroll down to the lower LEFT and click Register. You need a valid email address that the auto validator sends an email to so you can log in.

The overwhelming positive response to this in just a few days prompted us to immediately order an upgrade of the board software which will be installed this week. The POST ATTACHMENTS is not working right now, but next week it will be. You can post NOW with a link to a server or you can email the image to me and I will post it.

We also now own two new domain names…the forum will be accessed from the internet by two other names:
www.paintoutsidetheframe.com and www.digitalpaintingforum.com. AFTER the board upgrade those addresses will be valid and take you to the site.

Also, if this proceeds as it seems it will, we will move the entire board to its own server shortly also which will make the access of the board even faster.

We are really excited about how this has taken off and thank our friends for helping with it!!

Have a great Painter Day!!

Announcing the Grand Opening of the New Paint Outside the Frame FORUM and it’s FREE! We are still installing content, but it’s ready for action and for you to register and join us and the most incredible group of painter instructors in the country! This can also be a one stop shop for Painter Classes and Workshops to find out where and when they will be all around the globe!

There is also a MARKETING board and SALES board there for discussion of how to sell and market your art!

And just for fun…to remind everyone what Painter is all about…here is one for you to see. This is my nephew on his wedding day and I did this as a housewarming gift for them for their gorgeous new home.

Dinner @ Sandy’s

After 2 intensive days of PAINTER, we were invited to Sandy Puc’s home for a family dinner. Sandy’s husband, (Colorado’s Premier Chef), Chef Ed, was preparing true Colorado delicacies as we arrived. We suggest to everyone to take the Juliana Pre-Dinner house tour, where she will offer you a personal, and up close look, from the Master Bedroom to the Basement Do-Jo. Be careful when entering the Do-Jo, the entire family has WORLD-CLASS trophies that show off their skills.

Chef Ed’s Caesar Salad was the best I’ve ever had. Followed by perfectly marinated and tender BBQ’ed steaks, that melted in my mouth, with asparagus and potatoes, all I can say is,,,,,We will be back REAL SOON.

Highlight-Spending time with The Puc’ family, and hopefully building a friendship that will continue forever.

M’s across the board- PERFECT SCORE
