An ordinary photo reference turns into a wonderful digital painting via Photoshop and Corel Painter. I have more versions of this, but this one seems to be everyones favorite painting.

Here is one of my new City Art paintings of the London Eye. This is from a photo reference I captured last year in London.
Here we are at the SWPP Convention where I presented a program on how to use Corel Painter. Stella, my assistant, went with me and we had a great trip and amazing time. We finally squeezed in some sightseeing at the end of the trip. Nice ending to the trip, they asked me back to do two programs next year. See ya in London next January if not before!

Good Friends and Fun in London
We saw old friends and made new ones in London. What a great convention and wonderful trip. We will see you all next year and thanks for everything.
Stella and I toasted the trip out to dinner, but later she showed us what a real toast is!

In London at the Thai restaurant our group of twelve finally had a table waiting for us, but we still had wine on our table in the cocktails area. We didn’t want to carry it over, so Stella Took One for the Team to get us over to dinner.

While there we did a bit of sightseeing. Weather cleared for a day and half for us to get around.
We went to Windsor Castle and didn’t have nearly enough time to see it all. Have to go back there again!
Our favorite stop was Stonehenge. I should have some great paintings from here soon!
